Long-term Soft Facilities Management Services

The Department of Infrastructure and Transport South Australia (DIT SA) has appointed Downer as the Facilities Maintenance Contractor for over 700 facilities across metro, regional and remote SA. 

Downer are in the process of engaging and contracting with Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) to deliver scheduled and reactive soft maintenance services in the areas of: 

  • Cleaning
  • Hygiene Services
  • Waste Services
  • Grounds
  • Pest Control.

If you are an incumbent, metro, regional or remote provider in SA, use the Registration Form link below to register your participation in an expression of interest (EOI) in providing one or a number of these service streams. 

Downer and DIT SA will be conducting roadshows and sending out information packs during March 2024. Services will commence progressively from April 2024.
