Downer New Zealand is the naming rights sponsor of the Downer New Zealand Masters Games, which is the largest multi-sport event in New Zealand.

With 52 sports and over 4,800 registrations, the games are held every two years in the Whanganui region where Downer has a rich history. Our company’s founder Arnold Downer, studied engineering at the Whanganui Technical College in the 1930’s.
