ISCA Infrastructure Sustainability As-Built rating certification

City Rail Link contract 2 (McConnell Dowell and Downer joint venture) has been awarded the ISCA Infrastructure Sustainability As Built Excellent Rating. This is the first major infrastructure project to receive an As Built rating – a testament to five years of hard work with a focus on sustainability. The team achieved a 97% recycling of spoil excavated from the lower end of Auckland’s Albert Street and 23% saving in energy-related greenhouse emissions.
