Downer’s Mining business is challenging the status quo by asking their Hiring Managers to consider flexible arrangements for new employees through the ‘Welcome Back Program’.
The Welcome Back Program is an initiative at Downer that encourages Hiring Managers to consider a flexible arrangement for a new employee. In doing so, it enables the business to capture experienced and often untapped talent from the market.
